Volunteers are critical to loving and caring for our guests
VOLUNTEERS
If you have a passion for Christ and a passion for serving others, we would love to hear from you. We have opportunities to serve in many different areas of the ministry. Whatever your gifting, we have a place for you. Opportunities are available during the day or evening. Some examples of service needs include:
- Interacting and building relationships with guests
- Serving as a mentor
- Maintaining the TGM clothes closet
- Collecting items in the community for our guests
- Lead a fund raising team
- Transporting guests to the host church for the evening – this requires driving one of the TGM buses, thus a Class A or B license with passenger endorsement is required – we provide full insurance coverage
- Lead a bible study
- Tutor children with their homework
- Day to day oversight of the TGM vehicles; maintenance records, fuel, cleanliness
- Coordinate meals with host churches
The possibilities are endless. Bring your heart for the Lord, your creativity, your gifting and watch the blessings flow! You will be rewarded with more smiles and hugs than your heart can hold. Your service really does make a difference in the lives of many and is very appreciated. The greatest gift you can give anyone is the gift of sharing yourself.

Prayer will always be our greatest need. “Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it.” Psalms 127:1a
Please join us as we pray without ceasing for:
- Wisdom and discernment as we make decisions
- For compassion and clarity as we walk alongside others
- For the staff and volunteers that Christ has led to this ministry
- For the finances and resources needed to carry out this work
FINANCES
Finances are also needed to enable TGM to meet expenses. Our budget increases substantially during the colder months as we hire staff to support the Winter Relief Ministry. Likewise with the ministry expansion of the H.A.M. center additional staff is needed there as well.
